Aruna asks govt help to farmers on crop loss

Hyderabad Aug 12: BJP Leader DK Aruna on Monday consoled farmers who lost their crops in villages due to floods near Krishna river abutting Gadwal Jogulamba district. She demanded the state government provide compensation to the farmers who lost about 1000 acres of crops like paddy, chilli and fruits. The flood victims have poured in their woes and problems to the former minister that no officials have come to their rescue so far. Aruna promised them of getting help. The villages suffered crop loss due to floods include Nadi Agraharam,  Birelly, Rekulapally, Bichupally, Telugonipally and others.
