Hyderabad June 11 (): Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Tuesday said that he will give Zilla Parishats with financial assistance of Rs 10 cr for achieving rapid development in rural areas.
The newly elected Zilla Parihat Chairperons, chairmen, vice chairmen and others who met KCR at Pragathi Bhavan here. On the occasion KCR said that the winners in the polls should focus and work for villages development and those who stood top will get special funds.
As the poll code came to an end, the Chief Minister is now focusing on welfare and development programs.
Directing collectors to focus on development in districts, he said that the state has 32 districts which have to achieve development.
The chief minister said that those who develop the villages with all facilities will all get funds.
