HC asks KCR not to demolish Secretariat, to hear case after Dasara holidays

Hyderabad October 1: In a setback, High Court on Tuesday directed TRS Government to not demolish Secretariat buildings to build a new one on the premises until further orders and said to hear case after October 14. 

The court directed the KCR Government to not to demolish the Secretariat buildings until October 14.

The court said to hear the case after Dasara festival holidays. 
The court directions came at a time when KCR called a cabinet meeting at Pragathi Bhavan to take a call on new Secretariat.

He got vacated offuces in Secretariat on last Sunday as all departments shifted to other places.

After hearing petitions the court said to hear again the case only after Dasara holidays. 
The chief minister has plan to spend a whopping Rs 400 cr to build a new Secretariat by pulling down existing structures. 
The opposition parties opposing KCR in this regard.
