Hyderabad November 2: Telangana Cabinet held on Saturday denied merger demand, and decided to offer 5100 routes to private operators in the wake of strike.
Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhar Rao informed this and urged striking RTC employees to report to duties by November 5 night.
Or else the government will give 5000 more routes to private parties to work under government control he said.
After chairing the cabinet for five hours KCR told media persons at Pragathi Bhavan said that the govermment will protect RTC employees if they join duties.
He blamed the opposition parties and RTC JAC for strike and suicides. We are for welfare of RTC employees and families.
The government increased salaries by 67 percent to RTC employees.
